In the method: RSU and OO.SS are not convened. with an hour&#039;s notice just to communicate the decision taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Where trade union representation exists and where relationships are valued, the parties are convened to discuss any organizational critical issues and solutions are found that do not have such a devastating impact on people and which tend to safeguard jobs. This happens in serious companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">It is evident that this Company, which has always told us to put the good of its collaborators first and that it wants good trade union relations, does not show the slightest respect, either from the social partners or from the workers. Instead, it demonstrates that at any time it can proceed with individual dismissals, in these ways, without having to be accountable to anyone. This is unacceptable!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">On the merits: we don&#039;t understand how in a possible company strategy (assuming that it exists, because at this point we doubt it exists), a reorganization must necessarily go through layoffs. In the midst of the launch of a new product, we would have expected an enhancement of the skills already in the field. In parallel with the layoffs, however, the company hastens to hire an additional 6 people, confirming our idea of the incomprehensibility of the choices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Embittered, disappointed and worried about the future of employment, the RSU and the OO.SS are to convene an extraordinary assembly of all male and female workers, for the day <strong>10 December at 10.30 <\/strong>to take appropriate action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; padding-left: 480px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">RSU and Territorial Trade Unions<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; padding-left: 480px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Filctem \u2013 Uiltec<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La RSU di Gedeon Richter ha appreso oggi con sconcerto, dalla direzione aziendale, l\u2019intenzione di mettere in atto una riorganizzazione \u201clampo\u201d procedendo con 4 licenziamenti individuali, sopprimendo le posizioni di area manager.
