For the 21st consecutive year, Great Place to Work\u00ae Italia, awarded the 60 winners of the Ranking \"\"of the best companies to work for in Italy.<\/p>\n

The Corriere della Sera television studios, official media partner, hosted theawards event<\/a>,<\/strong> which was broadcast on the pages of Corriere.it and on social networks.<\/p>\n

The award ceremony was attended by journalists, commentators and studio guests belonging to the corporate boards of the winning organizations, who took the stage to collect the official commemorative plaque.
\nDuring the event it was possible to reflect together with the guests on the present and future of work environments and on how to succeed in creating the best possible work experience for all collaborators.<\/p>\n

RESEARCH:<\/strong>
\nTo draw up this Ranking, Great Place to Work\u00ae<\/sup> Italy conducted a year-long research that analyzed 210 companies,\u00a0<\/strong>who requested to take part in it, listening to the opinions regarding the working environment of their people:\u00a094,064 collaborators belonging to the same organizations took part in the company climate survey.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These organizations discovered their position in the ranking during a unique event, with a great media reach, live streaming from the Corriere della Sera television studios in Milan.<\/p>\n
