The platform has been launched, the request of the trade unions is \u20ac180"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This afternoon the unitary assembly of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil launched - after the &quot;green light&quot;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-64597 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Schermata-2022-05-20-alle-18.05.42.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"425\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Schermata-2022-05-20-alle-18.05.42.png 1012w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Schermata-2022-05-20-alle-18.05.42-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Schermata-2022-05-20-alle-18.05.42-768x408.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/>obtained with very broad consensus (97%) from the workers participating in the territorial assemblies - the platform of claims for the renewal of the national employment contract in the chemical pharmaceutical sector for the three-year period 1 July 2022 - 30 June 2025. <strong>The overall economic request (TEC) made by the unions in the platform is 180 euros (level D1)<\/strong>. We recall that the sector employs around 171,000 workers in over 3,000 companies scattered throughout the country. At the end of the meeting, the platform was immediately sent to the employer counterparts Federchimica and Farmindustria to start the negotiations for the renewal of the contract as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>The document confirmed the current method of verification and annual adjustment of the MET which has demonstrated its validity even in the face of a historical phase characterized by uncertainty and extreme variability. For what concern <strong>welfare<\/strong>, the increase in the performance of the contractual funds is required <strong>Fonchim<\/strong> And <strong>Faschim<\/strong>, and the will to encourage their adherence to support this contractual right, especially for the youngest.<\/p>\n<p>Regulatory part<\/p>\n<p>As for the <strong>training<\/strong>, the digital transition requires new and more complex skills and competences for workers in the sector to manage the new organizational models and processes, which will be governed together with the employers&#039; parties. Furthermore, the next contract will have to contain an adequate training strategy, especially on the topics of <em>Life Long Learning<\/em>, <em>Reskilling<\/em> he was born in <em>Upskilling<\/em>; a training that will have to be certified and create a place for the development of active labor policies in the sector, useful for the professional growth of workers and for defending employment in the difficult moments of corporate restructuring.
