Filctem: We continue our fight<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.collettiva.it\/copertine\/lavoro\/2022\/12\/03\/news\/gsk_vaccines_nuova_condanna_per_comportamento_antisindacale-2544310\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Collective \u2013 2.12.2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-69243 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/rsu-gsk-vaccines-300x225-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>With the sentence issued by the labor judge of Siena, Gsk Vaccines was convicted of anti-union behavior (pursuant to article 28 of law n\u00b0 300\/1970) against Filctem Cgil for the <strong>third time in a few months.<\/strong> The novelty is that this time the labor judge has deemed it appropriate to transmit all the documents to the Siena Public Prosecutor&#039;s Office, effectively highlighting that there could be crimes against GSK, which could be prosecuted ex officio.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;In addition to the great satisfaction for having been right again on how we carried out our role as trade unionists within the multinational - explains the Sienese Filctem -, there is also the confirmation that in this country the laws and regulations are established by the State and not by an internal company regulation.
