These further layoffs follow another procedure that closed about 6 months ago, in the face of activities and workloads that continue to grow, making the quality of life\/work of the remaining workers truly unsustainable.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson &amp; Johnson Medical workers no longer hold to what has always been the so-called corporate \u201ccreed\u201d that: The workplace should give them a sense of security, purpose and fulfillment. Johnson &amp; Johnson Medical Spa is a company in which the employees have always believed and to which they have always given their utmost commitment, a company with a growing turnover, which makes profits, cannot deny its employees a solution other than dismissal! \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the trade union meeting, the Territorial and Regional Secretariats of Filctem, Femca and Uiltec declared a state of agitation and the blocking of overtime, urging the company to apply those principles of social responsibility which publicly inspire it.
