Last Sunday the Fedaiisf Federal Congress was held in Bologna, chaired by the Federal President, Antonio \"\"Mazzarella. The delegates of the federated Italian Associations of Scientific Representatives were present.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the beginning of the works, the President of the Medical Association of Bologna, Dr. Luigi Bagnoli, spoke with his greeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Bagnoli, after underlining the importance of scientific information and the fruitful relationship with the ISF that has accompanied his career, greeted with satisfaction the work that the association is carrying out. Having adopted a code of ethics is the first step towards reaching the professional order because it represents the awareness of the category.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Dr. Bagnoli then made an analysis of the degree of health of the NHS. Italy is spending significantly less than the European average and despite everything it is working wonders, because the quality of the level of assistance remains top notch. There will be difficulties for the next 4\/5 years as regards the number of doctors, but after that, given the enrollments in the medical degree course, the situation should stabilize. If anything, the problem arises from an economic point of view because more and more job offers to Italian doctors arrive from abroad with more advantageous economic conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

\"\"President Mazzarella reported on the federation's activity at national level with political and health institutions, evaluating the prospects that could open up.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Vice-President Antonio Daniele, who has the delegation for relations with the trade unions, then intervened, referring to the internal establishment of a Commission precisely with the task of relations with the national trade union organizations of the category.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, Treasurer Camatti, Secretary Corti and Councilor Bonomo reported on their activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also present was the lawyer who spoke about the legal aspects of the employment contracts of scientific representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n
