The course is aimed at young professionals of FIS \u2013 Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici to prepare them for future career paths.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Altavilla Vicentina (VI) \u2013 19 July 2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>CUOA Business School<\/strong>\u00a0is a partner of the company management of\u00a0<strong>FIS \u2013 Italian Synthetic Factory\u00a0<\/strong>in the design and construction of\u00a0<strong>FIS TALENT PROGRAM<\/strong>, a training course for the development of managerial skills aimed at 26 promising young collaborators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After the success it is getting<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cuoa.it\/ita\/press\/comunicati-stampa\/cuoa-e-fis-presentano-fis-talent-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the first edition<\/a>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">launched in December 2022 (for 14 months) a\u00a0<strong>second path<\/strong>\u00a0of business development specifically designed on the company characteristics and peculiarities, in line with the vision and strategic plan of FIS \u2013 Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici. The advanced training course started in July of this year. The contents, as mentioned, were defined and shared through dialogue with the human resources management of\u00a0<em>FIS \u2013 Italian Synthetic Factory<\/em>, to ensure a safe application fallout in line with the organizational needs of the company. L&#039;<strong>goal of the entire course<\/strong>\u00a0consists in\u00a0<strong>provide tools<\/strong>\u00a0And\u00a0<strong>knowledge<\/strong>\u00a0advanced and innovative to accompany the\u00a0<strong>success and sustainable growth of the company<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Developing talent in an organization is an opportunity for growth for the company itself. Investing in the potential of one&#039;s collaborators makes it possible to face future challenges and operate better in complex environments. This improves operational efficiency, fosters innovation and creates a growth-oriented corporate culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The FIS Talent Program is in fact an internal business school, based on a continuous and structured approach, to provide a solid foundation of general management knowledge and understand the importance of the organizational variables that the current phase of change entails. Coordinated teaching methodologies will be used, facilitated by different teaching methodologies from time to time to promote the learning of interdisciplinary subjects and fields. Another distinctive feature is the development of the soft skills of the participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Throughout the project the participants will be involved in lessons\u00a0<em>on site<\/em>\u00a0at the CUOA headquarters, in teaching modules\u00a0<em>on demand<\/em>\u00a0and training activities for the development of relational skills.
