The new hub, which is expected to have revenues of over one billion euros, will be led by the Golinelli family, while most of Claudio Cavazza&#039;s heirs will leave the scene. \u201cAlfa Wassermann and Sigma-Tau pharmaceutical industries, which represent about two thirds of the group, whose total turnover is around 700 million (with 2,000 employees), will merge into the new holding.
