Abruzzo. Resumption of ISF activity from 18 May

ORDER

- pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 3, of the law of 23 December 1978, n. 833 on hygiene and public health-

1) to confirm the current methods of providing basic health care in the offices of general practitioners and pediatricians of free choice in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, which provides for the study activity subject to the adoption of the current measures of precaution and prevention of contagion from COVID-19, to protect the patient and the healthcare professional. Visits to the office of the general practitioner and pediatrician of free choice are carried out, following telephone triage, by reservation with the methods established by the doctor (mobile, landline, email, etc.) and communicated with suitable means to the clients, continuing the doctor's obligation to guarantee easy access to the service and the regular acquisition of visit requests from users;

2) di precisare che restano ferme le disposizioni che consentono di continuare ad assicurare telematicamente o a distanza (telefono, mail) una parte delle attività connesse alle prescrizioni farmaceutiche, siccome disposto dal punto 2) dell’ordinanza n. 4 dell’11 marzo 2020 e dal punto 12) dell’ordinanza n. 7 del 13 marzo 2020;

3) to authorize the GPs/PLS, pending the full restoration of specialist outpatient activities and in order to avoid interruptions of therapy to the patients concerned, to repeat the prescriptions of drugs subjected to a Therapeutic Plan for the duration of the state of emergency referred to in resolution of the Council of Ministers of 31 January 2020 and in any case until the patient carries out the check-up, provided that this has already been booked;

4) di disporre – a far data dal 18 maggio 2020 – la ripresa delle visite medico legali in ambito assistenziale dando mandato alle AASSLL:

5) to order - starting from 18 May 2020 - the resumption of outpatient activities relating to sports medicine in compliance with the precautionary measures and prevention of contagion from COVID-19;

6) to allow the gradual restoration of the activity of scientific representatives of drugs or medical devices both at the NHS structures and at GPs and PLS, with the following methods:

7) to identify appropriate paths that guarantee prosthetic assistance and supplementary assistance services based on the maximum protection of fragile subjects entitled to the risk of exposure to contagion;

8) to establish that, for the reasons in the narrative, simplified access concerns the services of prosthetic assistance and supplementary assistance included in lists 1, 2A and 2B referred to in the Nomenclator Annex 5 to the DPCM of 01.12.2017 and the aids of referred to in Annex 2 of the same decree”;

9) to arrange that the Local Health Authorities, on the basis of what has been highlighted by the ASR, comply with the operational guidelines described by the same, valid not only for services concerning orthopedic devices/aids, but also for other prosthetic assistance services , for which the concession and authorization or renewal is governed by the DPCM LEA 2017 Annex 12 and supplementary assistance referred to in Annexes 2 and 11;

10) to entrust the correct implementation for the emergency period of the described simplified procedures to the Local Health Authorities, as expressed in the attached technical document and in this deed".

11) to ensure compliance with the operational indications and the simplification measures agreed, which will have effect until new provisions or integrations in further provisions, with the recommendation for the competent Local Health Authorities, in relation to the insured services, the implementation of the envisaged, supervision and the widest dissemination of the provisions of this provision.
