Today, a few days before Christmas, MDM spa colleagues received a PEC communication for termination of the contract. A month ago the company was acquired by the Neopharmed Gentili group. THE employees had been reassured that at least until the end of 2020 nothing would change.
This morning, 65 out of 90 informants received the Pec of termination of their mandate, the same was received by 10 area heads.
Those who remain will have new areas if not provinces.

Note: E’ curioso che sul sito MDM compaia l’annuncio di ricerca di ISF quando li licenzia. E’ altrettanto curiosa l’ignoranza di queste persone che non sanno evidentemente che il contratto Enasarco non esiste essendo l’Enasarco un fondo pensione integrativo facoltativo e che agli ISF è vietata, per la stessa legge che citano nella ricerca, qualsiasi attività di vendita. Altrettanto curioso che nel loro Organigramma gli ISF sono posti alla dipendenza della Direzione Vendita quando la stessa legge dice che devono essere alle dipendenze di un servizio Scientifico indipendente dal Marketing e dalle Vendite. E’ ridicolo, se non fosse tragico, che un’azienda priva di requisiti ricerchi ISF coi requisiti! Ma l’AIFA dov’è?
