Health professions, Minister Grillo signs the decree establishing 18 special lists

Minister Giulia Grillo signed the decree establishing 18 special lists until exhaustion in the Orders of health technicians of medical radiology and of the technical health professions, rehabilitation and prevention, in implementation of the provisions of paragraphs 537 and 538 of article 1 of the budget law 2019.

“Nearly 20,000 health workers risked not being able to work anymore due to a botched regulation. With the establishment of special lists, we allow these people to be able to continue doing what they have always done and for which they were trained, without running the risk of finding themselves accused of abusive practice of their profession. It is an important intervention that eliminates a gray area and gives hope, a gesture of respect for many workers, who we continue to protect even in these hours". So Minister Grillo, after signing the measure.

The decree identifies the requirements and qualifications that must be possessed to be registered in these lists. In this way a completely regulated system is created in which only those registered in the professional registers or in the special lists until exhaustion will be able to operate.
