Nel pomeriggio di oggi l’assemblea unitaria di Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil ha varato – dopo il “via libera”
ottenuto con larghissimo consenso (97%) da parte dei lavoratori partecipanti alle assemblee territoriali – la piattaforma rivendicativa per il rinnovo del contratto nazionale di lavoro del settore chimico farmaceutico per triennio 1° luglio 2022 – 30 giugno 2025. The overall economic request (TEC) made by the unions in the platform is 180 euros (level D1). We recall that the sector employs around 171,000 workers in over 3,000 companies scattered throughout the country. As for the training, the digital transition requires new and more complex skills and competences for workers in the sector to manage the new organizational models and processes, which will be governed together with the employers' parties. Furthermore, the next contract will have to contain an adequate training strategy, especially on the topics of Life Long Learning, Reskilling he was born in Upskilling; a training that will have to be certified and create a place for the development of active labor policies in the sector, useful for the professional growth of workers and for defending employment in the difficult moments of corporate restructuring. Digital tools have changed the company organization and the way of working, for this reason particular attention must be paid to the issue of the digital revolution by defining tasks, working hours, training, safety and health of workers.

In the new contract, it will be necessary to promote the topic of diversity and inclusion, the fight against gender-based violence, above all by defining intervention guidelines so that these issues can effectively be addressed in the context of company bargaining.

As for the topic of Health & Safety a significant aspect is the definition of a permanent coordination between all the safety representatives of both the contracted companies and the clients. Finally, the introduction in the company observatory of a section dedicated to health, safety and the environment.
