In data 21 novembre 2009 presso il Novotel Fiera di Bologna si è tenuto il 3° Forum delle isf associations.
Durante il Forum si è data lettura della bozza di statuto della nuova nascente associazione national isf, whose elaboration was partially attended by the members of the technical commission and, in addition and in the final phase, the presidents of aiisf and federisf.
The Forum actively participated in the discussion with proposals and corrections of the draft che, a conclusione, è stata messa ai voti ed approvata con il voto favorevole dei presenti, one vote against and no abstentions.
