CONTRATTO CHIMICO-FARMACEUTICO: C’È L’INTESA UNITARIA SULL’IPOTESI DI PIATTAFORMA PER IL RINNOVO 2019-2021.

Over 176,000 workers involved in more than 2,700 companies in the sector. The regulation for contract renewals was also approved.

Roma, 8 giugno 2018 – Gli Esecutivi unitari di Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, Uiltec-Uil,riuniti oggi a Roma, hanno dato il “via libera” all’ipotesi di piattaforma per il rinnovodel contratto per il triennio 2019-2021 del settore chimico-farmaceutico a cui sono interessati over 176,000 workers from 2,700 companies, expiring on 31 December 2018. For the next three years, the request for an increase in trade unions from employers' associations is 130 euros in total (TEC), of which 95 euros for minimum wages (MET).

“This is the first contractual platform that we are developing after the Interconfederal Agreement of 9 March. It is an important test bench - affirm the General Secretaries of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil, Emilio Miceli, Nora Garofalo, Paolo Pirani - which commits us to giving continuity to the virtuous model of industrial relations, but also in making substantial progress in terms of occupational safety, worker participation in the company, continuous training, wages, welfare and generational turnover”.

Ora i lavoratori saranno chiamati nelle assemblee a dare il loro contributo alla costruzione della piattaforma definitiva, che verrà presentata alle controparti così da consentire l’avvio delle trattative – presumibilmente già dal mese di luglio – con le associazioni imprenditoriali di riferimento (Federchimica, Farmindustria). Gli Esecutivi unitari hanno anche approvato regolamento per i rinnovi contrattuali della categoria e comunicato la disdetta del vigente contratto il 31 maggio scorso.

Nell’ipotesi di CCNL si specifica:
