Novartis in trouble in Greece

Parliament does not consider itself suitable to examine a case of alleged corruption, the dossier goes to court

sabato 19/05/18 21:13 – RSI News

An ad hoc parliamentary commission is not suitable to examine the Novartis case, which must therefore be referred to the courts. This was decided on the night between Friday and Saturday, after long debates, by the Greek Parliament.

The pharmaceutical multinational, we recall, is suspected of having paid bribes to senior political leaders between 2006 and 2015.
