AIFA - Notice to pharmaceutical companies
The Italian Medicines Agency makes available to pharmaceutical companies some clarifications in the form of Questions & Answers concerning the filing of promotional material for its medicinal products.
The document, in particular, contains precise indications for completing the letter of deposit, in order to make the certifications provided by the companies more homogeneous and complete regarding the type of advertising medium or the recipient to whom, in accordance with current regulations, it can be addressed or the methods used for its disclosure (eg Scientific Representatives, Internet, e-mail, advertisements, ordinary mail, etc.).
