Sensational ruling by the Lazio Tar: the Aifa line has been disavowed, which in a note dated December 9, 2020 said "Tachipirina and vigilant waiting" to treat Covid at home. Now the precautionary request promoted by the doctors of the Cvoid-19 Home Care Committee against the Ministry of Health and Aifa has now been accepted.
The Administrative Court ruled that the medical appeal "to assert their right/duty, having legal relevance in both civil and criminal matters, to prescribe the drugs they deem most appropriate according to science and conscience", and which also cannot be "compressed with a view to waiting, potentially prejudicial both for the patient and, albeit under different profiles, for the doctors themselves".
