In the video, Minister Balduzzi addresses elderly patients declaring that: "Whoever receives the drug (generic ed) has the certainty of being assisted under the same conditions (as the original)".
Minister Balduzzi forget the equivalent drug must have Between L'80% and the 120% of bioequivalence of the original. The transition between two generics different, in chronic therapies, could result a difference until 40%. This difference does not represent the certainty of being assisted under the same conditions.
