The drama of Mauro Lari has repeated itself. It is the colleague Diego Marinelli of Roche Diagnostics who a few days ago chose to end your life. This serious fact has gone unnoticed (as in the case of Mauro), only today we learned the news with a RSU press release, which speaks of raising funds for the families of our unfortunate colleagues.
Diego was an external technician for Roche DIA and after various changes, he had recently been transferred to a nine-person call center. "From rumors circulating in the company it seems that the Colleague, after years of pressure and discontent, just couldn't stand it anymore". On Tuesday 22nd afternoon he waited for his wife and children to come out, locked himself in the garage and with the engine running ended his life at 55 years old.

RSU Roche Pharma has decided to open a fundraising subscription for
set up a scholarship for the Sons of Mauro Lari.
Anyone who hasn't yet decided what to do and wants to give a tangible sign of solidarity from
part of the Workers for Mauro's Family, will shortly receive the modalities of
realization and collection to realize the initiative.
We will ask the Personnel Department to channel the funds already raised in this sense and to
give concrete corporate support to the initiative.
