A crowd of special occasions was present on Saturday 21 June in Pennabilli for the inauguration of the luxurious hotel il Duca di Montefeltro, the first four-star hotel in Alta Valmarecchia wanted by Roberto Valducci, patron of Valpharma, a well-known pharmaceutical industry. Thus, a building from the early 1900s owned by the municipality and purchased in 2005 by the company 'Il Sole' returned to life. An intervention that required an investment of over two million euros and which made it possible to create around 40 rooms, an outdoor swimming pool with heated fresh water and a wellness area with a whirlpool tub, a sauna with a relaxation area, a conference room and classrooms for courses of training. Several rooms were designed by Tonino Guerra, who chose Pennabilli as his home, before his death.

At the ribbon cutting, next to the property, there was the mayor of Pennabilli Lorenzo Valenti, city councilors and councilors, representatives of the Tonino Guerra Association and the region's tourism councilor Maurizio Melucci.
