The six-step encirclement of healthcare welfare is practically complete. Summer maneuver 2011 by Berlusconi-Tremonti, winter maneuver by Mario Monti, spending review signed by Enrico Bondi (but not only), "Balduzzi decree", 2013 stability law. Soon (perhaps) the pact for health.

The multiplier effect of the health supply chain on the national economy – the third largest industry in Italy – should be supported and encouraged. Not depressed and almost invited to leave the country. It's no longer time for positional rents, of course. And much less of wasting the community's money. But throwing everything away means depressing, not creating development. And much less employment.
