In response to the request of this Association, we inform you that the personnel included in the lists
transmitted by the ISF will be included in the vaccination schedule as early as this week. The
informants will receive a text message, on the telephone number indicated in the list, with the details of the session
vaccination (day, time and place). The vaccination of ISF will be carried out with the Astra viral vector vaccine
Zeneca whose medical history form and informed consent are attached which, duly completed e
signed, must be delivered to the Vaccination Center before vaccination.
The ISF, suffering from pathologies that do not allow the administration of Astrazeneca, will be vaccinated in a
subsequent moment, taking into account the order of priority and the indications of the National Vaccination Plan
as well as the availability of doses of the different types of vaccine.
