For information, we forward you the sentence of the Council of State of 8 July 2011 regarding the directives that the Regions (in this case Liguria) dictate on the subject of prescriptions on drugs (in this case they were generics) to their general directorates setting their objectives (through indicators)
Regardless of the drugs involved in the merits, the sentence is very interesting in a general sense on the rights to competition and on the freedom to prescribe and we invite everyone to read it very carefully.....in this regard, you will also find a commentary note from farmindustria at the top.
