The reform of the Fornero pension law it is the subject of heated discussions not only between the parties, whether majority or opposition, but also by the business class due to the negative implications it has on work. Now it is the turn of the president of Farmindustria, Massimo Scaccabarozzi, who during a conference promoted on the theme "Women and pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals for women", in the presence of the highest representatives of the three trade union organizations, CGIL, CISL, UIL, he declared that the current Monti-Fornero pension law of December 2011 is a "law born badly from the beginning and I hope that this distortion which is all Italian will be put right".

President Scaccabarozzi he also insisted on the concept that it is truly absurd to think and ensure that at the age of 70 women, but also men, can continue to work. Furthermore, this distortion of the Italian pension system prevents the younger generations from entering the world of work. The trade unions, considering the precious "assist" offered by the president of Farmindustria, did not miss the opportunity to reaffirm their position on the pension chapter. Susanna Camusso, the leader of the CGIL, didn't think much of attacking immediately.

Cgil, Cisl and Uil to attack the government on flexibility

For the Camusso, addressed to the government, forcefully affirms the need for changes to the existing "unjust" law, because "it is an unbearable law and must be changed quickly", also for do justice to women in particular, the most penalized by Fornero also considering their social role, as mothers and wives overburdened with housework as well as work in the factory or office. The national secretary of the CGIL concluded by forcefully asking for the outbound flexibility, "because there are so many male and female workers who entered work at the age of 14 and we cannot expect that all remain until the age of 67”.  Camusso was immediately echoed by the words of the other two general secretaries: Carmelo Barbagallo for the Uil and Anna Maria Furlan for the Cisl.According to which the government has been eluding their request for the opening of a discussion table on the pension issue for too long. The three organizations jointly, recall the two secretaries, have presented the government with a joint platform to change the law "which is currently the worst in Europe", but to date they have received no responses.
