CANCER: SOME TIPS FOR PREVENTION

Improve your diet by limiting the consumption of animal fats and eating at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Moderate your alcohol consumption. Not smoking. Avoid exposure to carcinogens. Protect yourself from the sun's rays. Perform regular physical activity and control your weight.
Most tumors develop following exposure to environmental risk factors, in particular due to incorrect dietary habits: this means that a large percentage of cancer cases could be prevented simply with a correct diet and a targeted and reasoned choice of foods.
