SCIENTIFIC INFORMANTS OF THE DRUG PRESENT IN MEDICAL PRACTICES

The 66% of general practitioners states that they receive from 10 to 30 informants per month.

In particular, the 36% of the doctors quantifies the monthly visits of the ISFs between 10 and 20 and the 30.3% between 20 and 30, which then rise to 30-40 for the 20.9% of the doctors. 12,9% 'just' instead declares that he receives less than 10 informants every month. This is what emerges from a survey by the Study Center of the Italian Federation of General Practitioners (FIMMG), conducted last November on a sample of around 1,000 white coats. From a more detailed analysis, which examines the geographical areas to which the sample belongs, it can be seen that among the clinics most frequented by whistleblowers are those of doctors in the South and Islands, with a percentage of 28.2% of white coats receiving between 30 and 40 visits, against 12.8% of doctors in the North West who total the same number of visits per month.
