JOHNSON&JOHNSON, PROFIT GROWS THANKS TO FOREIGN MARKETS

The American Johnson&Johnson recorded in the fourth quarter profits up by 9.2% thanks to an increase in the sales of drugs and medical products, above all in foreign markets. The group achieved earnings of $2.37 billion, or 82 cents a share, compared with $2.17 billion, or 74 cents a share, last year. Excluding special items, earnings per share would be $0.88.
