The true face of the pharmaceutical industry

Dear colleagues, here I am again among us before the well-deserved and longed-for summer holidays (some of us are already on holidays, others are approaching the end of the month) to discuss a very thorny topic.

The ball was given to me by yesterday's article (ed. of 22.07) which appeared on Reuters concerning the arrest made by the Guardia di Finanza of Milan who carried out a precautionary custody order in prison and one under house arrest against two entrepreneurs accused in various capacities of fraudulent asset bankruptcy and by the subsequent article today entitled "The scam of employees of pharmaceutical companies bought and sold" published in the online newspaper Quotidianamente.net.

The true face of many pharmaceutical companies is finally revealed, which have now become so powerful and arrogant that they no longer fear anything. Behind a facade of artfully created respectability every day by reading what is learned from the press and from the judiciary, one discovers a completely different world from what one thinks.

But what is the real face of pharmaceutical companies?

That of the comparison scandals that crowd newspapers and TV every day?

That of the international scandals in which companies defraud the taxman?

Or they put drugs of dubious clinical value on the market and which over time turn out to be harmful and known by companies for their problems and which give rise to compensation
