The Florentine pharmaceutical company Menarini plans a corporate restructuring that will streamline a particularly complex organization. In the coming months, in fact, the process that will lead to the reverse merger of the 5 will be launched and completed subholding Finalme, Toscofarma, Marfin, Farpi and Fimed in the parent company A.Menarini Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite. We will proceed with the merger by incorporation into the latter of 15 operating and financial companies participating in the 100%. At the end of this operation, the Menarini family will find themselves at the head of a very simple pyramid with the super holding Pharmafin and under A. Menarini Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite.
