A two month old baby is died in the Ragusa hospital where he had been hospitalized after the administration of a mandatory vaccine. The incident took place last Saturday. The Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation and registered, as a due act, some people in the register of suspects. The notices of guarantee, signed by prosecutor Valentina Botti, were notified by the carabinieri of Ragusa to allow the autopsy to be performed today. After the parents' complaint, the investigations of the carabinieri were launched, coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Valentina Botti.

The soldiers of the Arma have acquired the medical records of the newborn and have notified the interested parties, more than ten people between hospital and ASP di Ragusa staff, a notice of assignment for the autopsy, scheduled for today.

The investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the investigations by the Carabinieri, a note explains, are “aimed at establish the cause of death with certainty of the child, in order to shed light on any liability for medical negligence on the part of the hospital staff or the staff of the Asp of Ragusa who administered the vaccines, which apparently resulted in the death".
