Sgma-tau sit-in in the Region against 569 layoffs
The protest of the company workers continues pharmaceutical Sigma-tau of Pomezia. This time they organized a sit-in under the headquarters of the Lazio region to say "no to the reorganization plan launched by the top management which, for the Pontine plant, provides for extraordinary layoffs for 569 people". “We didn't know anything, today we met companies and unions and we explicitly said it. Nearly 600 jobs cannot be put at risk. The region has opened the crisis unit and we are taking action with the social safety nets. It is a very serious episode” said Marinella Zezza, regional councilor for work [in the photo above right].
