The workers' victories against the Sigma Tau layoffs continue.
Today the Judge of the Court of Rome Giovine di Girasole ordered the reinstatement in the workplace of 3 other Sigma Tau ISFs, placed - according to the judge's opinion - illegally in mobility since 17 January 2015.
"With this one - the employees who sued for reinstatement said with satisfaction - We are now at 13 out of 13 orders issued, all positive for workers".
In the meantime, the judicial proceedings of the other layoffs and fired workers who have turned to the judges to get their jobs back continue.
