Mise table, work inherited by the next government

Concern for the 'temporary' duration of the government led by Mario Monti, but hope that the work done in recent months at the Table for the relaunch of the pharmaceutical sector will not be thrown away, but taken up by the next executive. According to Pharmakronos, these are the moods of the Ministry of Economic Development led by Corrado Passera, who on 12 September, the date of the first meeting in via Molise, summarized the meeting with these words: "It was a wonderful table with all the actors present, who recalled how important this sector is. We have identified a series of critical areas and now sub-tables will open to follow up on problems and opportunities". The sub-tables were opened and convened, attention was paid both to individual critical issues and to macro-arguments such as the drive for innovation and the management of hospital pharmaceutical expenditure, which has been out of control for years. Now, the hope is that the future government will reap the benefits.
