Manager Hiring, +40% in 2010

Medical Director, Medical Manager and Business Unit Manager. They are some of the most sought-after managerial figures in the pharmaceutical sector in Italy in 2010, according to the processing of labor data by the Hays group, a global leader in recruitment specializing in middle and senior management. "After a period of contraction due to the economic crisis - says Simonetta Saprio, Hays Italia manager - companies are finally starting to hire again. The screening of candidates has become even tougher and more selective, especially for the managerial figures of the Pharma division. searches are being commissioned for professionals with an increasingly rich and specialized background of experience. And the globalization of some markets has made the knowledge of at least one foreign language and constant travel abroad indispensable.
