Coronavirus in Emilia Romagna, councilors Lori and Donini are positive: checks on the whole council
The councilors of Emilia Romagna Barbara Lori, new councilor for the Mountain, and Raffaele Donini, new councilor for health policies, tested positive for the Coronavirus. The rest of the council was subjected to a buffer. The two are in good health and are in quarantine at their homes 
housing. The list of contacts made in the past days, which will be subjected to investigations, is being defined.
The Coronavirus emergency has overwhelmed the regional council of Emilia Romagna. The new regional councilor Barbara Lori tested positive for Coronavirus, as did her colleague Raffaele Donini. In particular, Lori had participated in the settlement session of the Council last Friday. Immediately after hearing the news, late yesterday evening, the president of the Region, Stefano Bonaccini, the undersecretary Davide Baruffi and the councilor for health policies, Donini, underwent a swab test, for reasons related to the operation of the Body and dutiful precautionary reasons. But while the tests gave negative results for the first two, Donini, who came into more direct contact with Barbara Lori in recent days, was infected. Already this morning, the other members of the Giunta were subjected to the test.
Lori and Donini are in good condition and are at their homes, where they will respect the period of isolation. In both cases, the list of contacts made in the past days is being defined and, as required by the protocols, investigations will be carried out on the persons concerned, who will be contacted directly by the territorially competent health structures. President Bonaccini will participate in the meeting with Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the social partners dedicated to economic measures, scheduled for today's afternoon, Wednesday 4 March, in Rome, connected by videoconference from the Region, to Bologna.
