Balduzzi decree. Off to the examination of the Chamber. 350 amendments ready

15 OCT – Pending the opinion of the Budget Commission which will probably ask to eliminate all the onerous rules added to the Balduzzi Decree by the amendments passed in the Social Affairs Commission of the Chamber, the general discussion on the health decree has begun. Decree on which, from what has been learned, more than 350 amendment proposals have been presented by all parliamentary groups. At this point it is increasingly likely that the government will transform the text into a maxi-amendment by placing trust.

Meanwhile, the proceedings were opened by the reports of the two rapporteurs Lucio Barani, PDL, e Livia Turco, Pd who essentially underlined the important work done by the Commission aimed at improving a text that is already good in itself and which brings order to some important points of the NHS which have been discussed for some time.
