We remind you that the possibility to register for the Anti Covid-19 vaccination ends today.

Anyone interested can still access via the links attached.

To avoid unwanted exclusions tomorrow it will be possible to contact the Data Controllers. Anyone who deems it necessary in order to verify their presence in the list can use (preferably WhatsApp) the numbers 3345954668 for Genoa and La Spezia,  349 6599906 for Savona and 335 321737 for Imperia.

all.: Expression of interest vaccination reserved for Scientific Representatives of Parapharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Liguria Region

Note: This platform is aimed at collecting expressions of interest in the anticovid-19 vaccination of the figures belonging to the categories referred to in the introduction, residing in the provinces of Imperia Genova Savona and La Spezia. This platform is open to all regardless of membership in Aiisf.

The expression of interest in the Anticovid-19 Vaccination has the purpose of carrying out a RECOGNITION of the vaccination demand in order to identify and plan the necessary technological and organizational resources by the Local Health Authorities of the Liguria Region.

The effective access to the Anticovi-19 Vaccination is exclusively in the faculties and availability of ALISA and ASL Liguri which will be able at any time depending on the progress of the pandemic and the availability of vaccines to provide otherwise

It is specified that membership is free and voluntary, it is not binding and must be made to access the introduction

Subjects adhering to the vaccination will subsequently receive from the ASL of residence all the necessary information on the characteristics of the vaccine for the purpose of signing the Informed Consent, necessary before administering the same.

Data entry must take place no later than Monday 25. On the 26th, only the list of those who have registered will be visible on the Fedaiisf website so that you can check for any unwanted exclusions.

What in this file is equivalent to a self-declaration deed of notoriety between individuals (art 2, 21, paragraph 2 and 47 of the Presidential Decree of 28 December 2000 nr 445)
