Information flows of pharmaceutical services (art. 29) – Direct access to the Italian Medicines Agency is allowed, on an experimental basis, to information flows for monitoring pharmaceutical assistance, to the data of the dematerialized pharmaceutical prescription present in the Health Card system and to the electronic invoicing data relating to medicines.
Limits on access to the Innovative Medicines Fund. Drugs meeting the conditional innovativeness requirement are included exclusively in the regional therapeutic handbooks without however accessing the resources of the funds for innovative drugs envisaged by the 2017 Budget Law.
