Today 1or May the AIISF section, federated Fedaiisf, "Mimmo Lenzi" of Lecce is present in Piazza Sant'Oronzo in Lecce to give its contribution to the fundraising for Telethon research.
We like to highlight the usefulness of research both for finding therapies for rare pathologies and for improving the quality of life of these unfortunate people.
We ISF are perhaps the most suitable witnesses, together with the health professionals, to highlight the fundamental union between research and clinical practice.
We therefore thank all those who approached the stand today and took part in this event, even with a small contribution, often coming from countries very far from the city.
We always keep in mind that we live and work thanks to research and a small sacrifice, even just to be seen, is essential.
