Agreement that was signed at the beginning of the month – however, the signature of Snami, the second union of general medicine is missing – and which dictates the conditions for departure: as stated in the document, «the Region undertakes to replace personal computers with XP and out of warranty with new PCs equipped with the Windows 7 operating system» and to «provide reams of A4 paper». The objective of the Region, however, is to "achieve full dematerialisation, limiting the printing of the memo only to those citizens who request it". For this reason it intends to "stipulate a specific agreement with the ministry of the economy, as has already happened in the province of Trento". Furthermore, "the local health authorities are equally committed to simultaneously activating the dematerialized prescription by hospital specialists (employees and affiliates)". As far as operations are concerned, still on the front of general practitioners, there is the possibility of deactivating "the issue of the dematerialized prescription in case of need in the face of technical problems that cannot be solved immediately". Furthermore «the Sar system is configured in such a way as to inhibit the issue of the dematerialized prescription for response times exceeding a defined threshold limit (now set at 6 seconds). In this case, the prescription will be issued on a red recipe».
